House Lifting & Structural Services

Home lifting allows residential homeowners to relocate or change the elevation of their property. By doing so, owners can protect their property against flooding or erosion, increase overall square footage, or just get a change in scenery.  At Emmert International, we use a variety of industry-standard methods and techniques to ensure every house lifting project is a success. All of our people & equipment are licensed, bonded, and insured. We also own all the equipment we use - giving our clients unparalleled scheduling flexibility.

Each lift project begins with an evaluation, checking for structural integrity and assessing any project specific challenges. Afterwards, our expert team will prep the property, installing large steel beams and sturdy timbers. Finally, on lift day we’ll use our specialty hydraulic equipment to raise the home off of its foundation.

For house moving projects, we’ll place the house onto a transporting system (special designed flatbed semi, or other specialty systems) using high strength dollies.
